Join our Stillfront finance team as Accountant remotely in Canada and take your career to the next level in a global gaming environment

This role is designed for a self-starter who doesn't just "do the books" but actively looks for ways to improve processes. You will play a pivotal role in our daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy across the full accounting cycle while supporting our path toward financial excellence.

YOUR MISSION
  • Own the monthly and annual close processes, including the preparation of journal entries, complex accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Monitor cash flow forecast and provide hands-on support for daily treasury operations.

  • Partner directly with the Controller on ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and scaling our accounting infrastructure.

  • Act as a key point of contact for external audits and tax return preparation, maintaining meticulous documentation.

  • Ensure all financial activities align with US GAAP/IFRS standards and internal control frameworks.

YOUR PROFILE
  • 1 years of accounting experience. A background in Public Accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier) is an asset.

  • You are enrolled in or planning to pursue the CPA program (preferred but not required).

  • Proficiency in Excel (Lookups, pivots, etc). Familiarity with Sage Intacct is preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire for continuous improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities with the skill to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • An understanding of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
