This role supports senior sales managers with day-to-day customer and sales operations, including meeting coordination, sales documentation, pricing, and project tracking. The position manages customer briefs, fragrance submissions, order follow-ups, and internal records while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include supporting forecasts, sales analysis, reporting, customer presentations, sample tracking, and trade show activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support senior sales managers in day-to-day customer and sales management. This includes organizing customer meetings with internal and external teams, preparing for the meetings and participating in them (submission materials, sampling, blotters, submission sheets) Prepare quotations, pricing requests, sales documentation and follow through on price increases, forecasts etc. Track customer briefs, fragrance submissions, and project status Track and follow up on customer purchase orders, order status, and shipment communication in partnership with Customer Service
Maintain accurate customer records in Robertet internal systems Assist with customer presentations, samples, and follow-ups, recap summaries Liaise in communication with Project Coordinators to communicate briefings, maintain timelines, gather appropriate details as needed Assist with forecasts, and basic sales analysis Track approvals, exclusivity documentation, and confidentiality requirements Support contract administration and internal compliance processes Help prepare sales reports, market updates, and customer summaries Market & Industry Exposure Assist with trade shows, customer visits, and fragrance presentations Competitive sample tracking Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field preferred) 02 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools, willingness to learn Robertet systems Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work with really senior and mid-level executives Preferred: 02 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service in a fine fragrance environment Position Competencies
