Job Description: 8+ years of experience in Backend Engineer. Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs Develop using Java / Scala / Python Implement TDD (unit & integration testing) Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Spinnaker or similar) Work with databases like MySQL / TiDB / RocksDB Handle caching systems such as Redis / Memcached Design and support schemas using Thrift & Protobuf Optimize system performance (latency, throughput, scalability) Perform load testing, debugging, and performance tuning Support monitoring and alerting using tools like Grafana & PagerDuty Contribute to pipeline migration, personalization, and AI search systems
