What You'll Do As an intern, you will contribute to the development of scalable backend systems and robust analytics platforms. Your programming skills and understanding of cloud computing will help tackle challenging problems, empowering various business groups to make data-driven decisions. You will gain hands-on experience in building software tools and backend infrastructure that enhance operational excellence and support Cisco's strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Develop scalable backend systems and infrastructure. Design and implement microservices and APIs. Collaborate in a team-focused environment to create innovative solutions. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a certification program or an undergraduate degree program. Proficiency in at least one backend programming language: C/C++, Java, or Go. Experience in designing and developing microservices and APIs. Strong understanding of Linux and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Preferred Qualifications Conceptual understanding of AI/ML. Experience with automation and software testing tools like pyTest. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
