Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the UX design function, ensuring excellence and cohesive direction across all projects. Establish and uphold design systems, governance, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards. Convert complex business requirements into user-friendly and elegant digital experiences. Mentor, motivate, and inspire your design team to achieve their fullest potential. Collaborate with strategy, product, AI, and development teams to ensure alignment between design outcomes and business objectives. Conduct user research, usability testing, and design workshops to validate design solutions. Act as the design representative with clients and senior stakeholders, presenting strategies and outcomes clearly and convincingly.
