Border Protection Officer Opportunity

As a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the nation's borders while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.


Job Description:

•
"  CBPOs are responsible for enforcing laws and regulations related to customs, immigration, and agriculture.  They conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances,  determine admissibility,  identify potential threats,  prevent smuggling of contraband,  enforce applicable laws,, perform thorough examinations on cargo/bags/merchandise. ,
In addition,CBPOs collaborate with other law enforcement agencies extbf{to maintain public safety} . In service areas where it is required, they also engage with Spanish language skills training at their home port before FLETC training as well. It involves implementation of methods —detention -arrest-or suspect violators using proper procedures,< /li>
