- Enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws;
- Facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel;
- Conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances; ;
- Determining admissibility for entry into the United States; ; ;
- Preventing smuggling activities including narcotics,� contraband�and other prohibited goods;�barriers transportation
