Border Enforcement Specialist

This is a high-profile position that requires individuals with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to upholding the law. As a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding America's borders while facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.

The primary responsibility of this position is to enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws while preventing illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods into the United States. This includes conducting inspections of people, documents, and cargo to detect contraband or illicit activity.

• Making determinations based on facts gathered during inspections.
  The power to seize property,
  generate fines or penalties for violations
  or make arrests as required by regulation 19 USC §1595a(c)(4).
  The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
