International Border Security Specialist

This role is a vital part of our nation's border security.

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to verify citizenship or identify violations.
• Prevent the entry of undocumented noncitizens and contraband at or near borders by conducting surveillance from covert positions, utilizing infrared scopes during night operations.
• Analyze physical evidence such as tracks, marks, and other signs of illegal entry to determine the best course of action.
