Border Patrol Agent Job Description

This position offers a career in law enforcement, working with an elite team of professionals to protect America's borders and ensure the nation's economic prosperity.

• Making sound judgments and decisions in high-pressure situations , including the use of firearms.
  


• Dealing effectively with people , providing excellent customer service, handling sensitive situations, and exercising tact when dealing with others
  


• Analyzing information rapidly and making prompt decisions. This includes applying skills such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving offenders etc..
