The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our borders by deterring illicit activity, facilitating legitimate trade and travel, conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances, determining admissibility for entry into the United States, preventing illegal entry of prohibited goods and contraband.

• Federal Law Enforcement Experience (including related internships) or Courses pertinent to Police Procedures & Civil Rights theories U.S., Customs Internship at CBP or Other Federal Agency) .
• A Bachelor’s degree from college or university meeting defined courses relevant regarding the GS-9 position (Like Homeland Security).  Or other areas like Immigration Sciences as well!
