Head of IT Technology 📍 Hybrid – Reading & Home 💰 £90,000–£110,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits We’re partnering with a fast-growing international construction products manufacturer on a mission to double turnover to £100m in the next 3 years through growth & acquisition. To support this ambitious growth, they’re hiring a Head of Technology to join the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the CIO, this is a high-visibility role combining strategic leadership and hands-on delivery. You’ll shape the technology roadmap while leading a high-performing IT function for a 100-person business scaling rapidly. What you’ll drive: ✔ Technology strategy aligned to aggressive growth plans ✔ ERP optimisation and enterprise systems leadership ✔ Cloud infrastructure (Azure) & cybersecurity governance ✔ M&A technology integration ✔ Practical AI adoption to unlock efficiency and insight What we’re looking for: * Strong ERP & enterprise systems experience * Azure & cybersecurity expertise * M&A integration exposure * Commercially astute technology leadership * A genuine passion for AI and innovation * Leadership skills This is a rare opportunity to shape the tech function of a business in transformation — with full backing from leadership & real influence at board level
