The role of a Border Security Specialist involves safeguarding national borders against various threats. This critical position plays a vital part in maintaining the sovereignty and economic prosperity of our nation.

• Detection and questioning of individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.

Serving as part of an elite team, you will work to protect international boundaries through safe trade practices while performing duties such as farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols,
and transportation checks along these borders using vehicles,horses,vessels/watercraft off-road vehicles ATVs snowmobiles motorcycles for accomplishing USBP mission goals.

• Inspections are carried out on documents and possessions to determine citizenship status.
