Job Title:

The United States Customs and Border Protection is seeking experienced professionals to join our team of highly trained law enforcement officers. As a Border Patrol Agent, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the nation's borders and protecting its citizens.

• You will be responsible for detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations;


• Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions;


• Interpreting physical evidence such as tracks, marks, and other signs of illegal entry;


• Conducting farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, transportation checks on various types of vehicles like government vehicles vehicles watercraft ATVs snowmobiles motorcycles etc.

(1 year experience with authority granted enforcing laws making arrests investigating crimes utilizing intelligence tracking illegal operations leading investigations fraud contraband threats nation); ​​• (Proficient firearms preparing investigative reports serving court orders gathering evidence criminal cases); • Possess one-year specialized experience equivalent lower grade level performing duties GL-9 GS-11;
