Border Security Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws. They will also be expected to perform farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks. Additionally, they will patrol the international boundary and coastal waterways using various government assets.

• You must possess one year of general work experience that demonstrates your ability to take charge, make sound decisions, maintain composure in stressful situations; or have a bachelor's degree or successfully completed a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;


• You must have previous law enforcement experience at GL-9 level;


• Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen;
