Protect America's Borders as a Customs and Border Protection Officer
Job Summary:
Protecting the American people by safeguarding our borders, preventing the illegal entry of individuals and goods, while facilitating legitimate trade is crucial. As a CBP officer, you will work in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies to prevent terrorism, human trafficking, and smuggling.
- Enforce customs laws regulations while conducting inspections at ports of entry.
The job entails performing thorough checks on passengers traveling through air or land ports ensuring they comply with all U.S. regulations.
The position demands both physical as well as mental stamina since officers often have to deal with heavy traffic volumes during peak hours,
it also involves reviewing documents carefully before making any decision regarding admissibility into the country.
Your duties may involve working outdoors for extended periods under various weather conditions,
