This is a law enforcement career opportunity with the U.S. Border Patrol, an elite team of highly trained professionals working together to protect America.
- This position requires leadership skills, making sound decisions and maintaining composure in stressful situations;
Classroom training and on-the-job instruction are used to learn regulations, methods and techniques; concise information gathering through questioning observation and examination;
Those with previous or current federal civilian law enforcement experience may qualify at higher grade levels.The age restriction does not apply if you have served in a covered position.This includes serving currently or having previously served as outlined under Title 5 USC 8336(c) or Title 5 USC8412(d).
