About the Role
The Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO) position offers a unique opportunity for those interested in a career in law enforcement. Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard national borders through rigorous inspections of individuals and conveyances

Career Advancement Opportunities:
The Customs and Border Protection Officer role is considered a career ladder position with grade level progression from GS-5 to GS-12. Successful completion of 52 weeks in each grade level makes you eligible for promotion without re-applying.
