Customs and Border Protection Officer

You will be part of the Department of Homeland Security workforce, working together to prevent threats to national security.

As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), your duties may include:

  • Enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
  • Facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.
In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be required to conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances, determine admissibility for entry into the United States, or perform other tasks related to border protection

Duty locations for this position are located throughout the United States. Some duty locations offer recruitment incentives or specialized training programs. If selected for this position you will need complete initial CBP Academy Training at Glynco Georgia
