We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Virtual Agent Product Manager to lead the development and management of cutting-edge AI-driven virtual assistant solutions. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise in software development, cloud services, and AI technologies, with a focus on delivering scalable and user-centric virtual agent products.
*Responsibilities*
* Define and prioritize product features and roadmap for AI Virtual Agent solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development and enhancements.
* Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed specifications for development teams.
* Oversee the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall methodologies, utilizing project management tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS, and Microsoft Project.
* Manage the development of APIs, integrations with IT infrastructure, databases (SQL), and mobile applications to enhance product capabilities.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop test cases to ensure product quality and performance.
* Lead wireframing and UI/UX design efforts using tools such as Balsamiq to create intuitive user interfaces.
* Monitor analytics using platforms like Looker to assess product performance and user engagement metrics.
* Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and oversee IT infrastructure considerations related to cloud services like AWS.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using UML diagrams and wireframing tools; communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement through leadership in Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, and adherence to SDLC best practices.
*Skills*
* Strong expertise in *AWS*, *SaaS*, *APIs*, *Internet of Things (IoT)* integrations, and *IT infrastructure* management.
* Proven experience with *Agile*, *SAFe*, *Waterfall* project management methodologies; proficient in tools such as *Jira*, *VersionOne*, *TFS*, *Microsoft Project*.
* Technical proficiency in programming languages including *Java*, *HTML*, and familiarity with mobile application development.
* Knowledge of databases (*SQL*, *Databases*) and data analysis platforms like *Looker*; experience with analytics is essential.
* Skilled in requirements gathering, creating detailed test cases, wireframing (*Balsamiq*), UML diagrams, user acceptance testing (*UAT*), and SDLC processes.
* Strong understanding of software development best practices including version control (*Git*) and software documentation using *Microsoft Office* tools (*PowerPoint*, *Excel*).
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement; leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
* Experience in product management related to AI virtual agents or conversational interfaces; familiarity with SaaS solutions is preferred. Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
