  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, municipal authorities, and community stakeholders to align project requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee cost control, financial reporting, and project performance metrics; manage changes proactively and collaboratively.
  • Assess project delivery risks, define contingency strategies, and initiate mitigation actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety requirements, and all applicable technical and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of heavy rail, light rail, subway, and related facilities that shape future mobility networks.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • You bring 10+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary rail and linear infrastructure projects.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and are licensed (or eligible) as a Professional Engineer in Ontario.
  • You have hands‑on experience delivering transit infrastructure—heavy rail, LRT, commuter rail, subway systems, stations, and facilities.
  • You are skilled in project planning, risk management, financial performance management, and navigating complex delivery models.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at guiding teams through technical, operational, and schedule‑driven challenges.
  • A PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • You're motivated by work that strengthens communities and advances sustainable, future‑ready transportation systems.
