The OpportunityAs General Manager, you will be fully accountable for the overall performance and experience of the business. You will lead from the front — shaping strategy while remaining hands-on in execution.
This role requires a leader who can see the big picture and execute the details with excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Oversee all operations including fitness, group exercise, member acquisition, member experience, services, and day-to-day facility management
- Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiencies
- Drive operational excellence across all departments
People & Culture
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop top talent
- Build and sustain a winning culture among both members and team members
- Set and maintain a high bar of professionalism, accountability, and service standards
Financial Accountability
- Own and manage all financial performance within your scope of responsibility
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong cost controls
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the mission and values
- Strengthen member engagement and community impact
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or health environments
- Proven track record of delivering positive results across people, purpose, and financial performance
- Strong operational acumen with the ability to improve systems and processes
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- Financial literacy and comfort owning budgets and KPIs
- High standards of professionalism and personal accountability
- Mission-driven with a passion for building community
