Maintenance Mechanic

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Inspect production equipment and identify potential problems before failures occur.
• Replace or repair defective components such as motors, belts, bearings, and conveyors.
• Maintain maintenance logs and complete work orders accurately.
• Ensure tools and work areas are clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
  

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
