We're launching a short-form video series called "The Trust Stack."

Designed for HR professionals who want to understand background checks, compliance, and hiring risk — without sitting through a 45-minute webinar.
Each video delivers sharp, practical insights on topics like:
• FCRA basics
• Background check compliance
• Risk tolerance in hiring
• Criminal record reporting rules
• Adverse action processes
• Fair Chance laws
• Screening best practices
This is education-first content — confident but not corporate, expert but approachable.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a female on-camera host (mid-20s to late-30s) with a neutral American or Canadian accent who can deliver complex topics clearly and naturally.
You should feel:
• Intelligent but relatable
• Professional but warm
• Credible without sounding scripted
• Comfortable speaking to HR leaders
Think:
Clear explainer energy. Smart LinkedIn thought leader. Calm authority.

Responsibilities
• Record 30–90 second vertical videos (script provided)
• Deliver content naturally (not overly rehearsed or salesy)
• Film in clean, well-lit environments (modern, minimal background preferred)
• Submit raw footage for editing
Optional:
• Light teleprompter use
• Ability to suggest minor delivery tweaks for flow

Ideal Experience
• On-camera spokesperson experience
• Corporate, HR, legal, compliance, fintech, or B2B content experience preferred
• Comfortable explaining regulatory topics (FCRA, employment law, background checks)
• Strong eye contact and camera presence
• Clean audio and professional lighting setup
