We're looking for a skilled email graphic designer who understands that ecommerce graphic design isn't just about looking good, it's about driving clicks and sales.
You'll be designing high-converting creatives for DTC/ecommerce brands (primarily health, wellness, and consumer products).
If you know how to design product listing graphics, emails that sell, social media ads, that not just "look aesthetic," keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing email layouts in Canva or Figma
- Creating static + animated GIFs for product launches, promos, and campaigns
- Designing:
- Promotional graphics
- Product launch graphics
- Sale/offer emails
- Educational graphics
- Seasonal campaigns
- Creating mobile-first email designs (80%+ of traffic is mobile)
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience designing ecommerce graphics before
- Understand conversion psychology (urgency, scarcity, social proof, offer stacking, etc.)
- Know what makes people click and buy
- Can design strong CTAs that stand out
- Understand visual hierarchy and readability
- Can create smooth, lightweight GIF animations
- Know how to design within brand guidelines (but can also elevate them)
- Think beyond "pretty" you design with strategy
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked with health, supplements, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Understand Klaviyo structure and email best practices
- Know basic CRO principles
- Can suggest layout improvements based on performance

3. A quick explanation of what makes a graphic convert in your opinion
4. Your availability per week
5. Your rate (hourly or per email)
6. Deliver clean work with minimal hand-holding
We're looking for someone long-term, not just one-off work.
If you're obsessed with clean design, strong CTAs, and graphics that actually generate revenue, we'd love to work with you.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Graphic Design, Banner Ad Design, Figma, Canva, Ecommerce Storefront Design
