Responsibilities include:
Social Media Management:
• Creating and executing a monthly content strategy
• Managing Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Posting high-quality photos, videos, reels, and promotional content
• Writing engaging captions and promotional copies
• Managing comments, inbox messages, and customer engagement
Content Creation:
• Planning and developing creative content ideas
• Coordinating photo/video shoots for food, offers, and events
• Designing promotional creatives for campaigns and seasonal events
• Creating short-form videos and reels to increase engagement
Paid Advertising (Meta & Google):
• Creating and managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Running Google Ads (Search, Display, and Local campaigns)
• Audience research, targeting, and retargeting
• Budget setup, optimization, and scaling
• Monitoring KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
• Running special campaigns for events (Valentine's Day, Ramadan, Eid, etc.)
Reporting & Performance:
• Weekly and monthly performance reports
• Data-driven optimization and strategy improvements
The goal of this contract is to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, dine-in visits, online orders, and overall restaurant revenue through strategic digital marketing.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
