Enviroway is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our brand and a key link between our customers, sales team, and operations.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing, prompt customer support, and accurate sales reporting. You will manage customer inquiries, process orders using SAGE, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with maintaining high service standards that keep our customers satisfied and loyal.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to product inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Create and process sales orders, refunds, and credit notes accurately in an ERP.
- Communicate product availability, delivery timelines, and order status to customers and Account Managers
- Maintain daily order logs, reconciliations, and customer account records
- Track backorders and follow up with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Verify pricing, quotations, item codes, and customer contract pricing before order confirmation
- Support collections by checking customer credit status prior to order processing
- Attend to walk-in customers and continuously build product knowledge through training
We are looking for you if you have:
- IT-savvy skills are an added advantage
- Experience using SAGE 300 (required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
- Customer-focused mindset with a calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
