***This is a 12-month contract position for a Project Manager, Integration based out of our Toronto offices***
About the role
National Services provides a suite of platform products and services to support the integrated property management services delivered by REMS Canada. We work together to bring best-in-class business practices to our real estate management colleagues who support hundreds of owners and occupants of commercial, retail, and industrial real estate across Canada.
As the Project Manager, Integration, you are entrusted to lead business process improvement, system rollout and integration projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will demonstrate project management experience to lead the planning, definition, staffing and management of organizational change projects. You will work with internal stakeholders and apply your expertise and strong communication skills to confidently lead them through project delivery.
National Services people take a business-centric approach to designing and implementing platform services for REMS clients, and this role will enhance our ability to deliver new and enhanced tools to the organization expeditiously. Summary of Essential Job Functions
Implementing and managing programs:
Ensure that client expectations and project success factors are well defined and met or exceeded on all projects.
Confirm that REMS best interests are represented with respect to project contractual and technical issues
Collaborate Cross-Functionally while working with stakeholders across multiple business lines to develop and deliver a comprehensive, multidisciplinary integration plan
Drive adoption and deliver results to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives
Report regularly on project status by means of schedule updates, meeting minutes and other reports
Chair project meetings, find a resolution to issues and coordinate between multiple stakeholders
Maintain contact with VPs, Regional Directors and Property Managers to respond to project definition exercises with support from the VP, National Services
Control, maintain and update all project-related documents, tracking and executive reporting
What you'll bring
7 years of property management experience
Background in Commercial Real Estate strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in organizational change and project management in order to represent the stakeholders on their projects
Proven experience managing large-scale integrations
Strong knowledge of various types of organizational change projects, project management models
Effective leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of stakeholder and project-related issues
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling SmartSheet, word processing, and spreadsheet software applications
Post-secondary degree, PMP designation, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Certification is an asset.
Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving structure in complex environments

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $85,574 to $95,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
