Position Summary:
The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, operating with exceptional judgment, strong corporate governance knowledge, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This role supports the CEO in managing complex priorities, driving high-impact initiatives, coordinating Board of Directors activities, and strengthening communication across the executive leadership team. The Senior Executive Assistant manages sensitive information with absolute discretion, ensures operational excellence, and helps enable the organization's mission by maximizing the CEO's effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits:
The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.

Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require the majority of days per week on-site with some time working remotely.
Shift/Hours: This is a Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM role. May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach; operate standard office equipment including phone, computer, copier, printer, and scanner. Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds. Primarily office-based work. May require occasional evening or weekend hours.
