We're looking for a reliable, hard-working team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You stay focused, work safely, and keep things moving with energy and accuracy. You communicate clearly, stay organized, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves — whether you're sorting donations, loading bins, driving routes, or supporting your team wherever needed.

This role requires open availability, including weekends, holidays, morning, and closing shifts, with consistent reliability to support smooth operations.

Here's what you can expect:

1. Application Review: Our team will carefully review your application and qualifications.
2. Initial Phone Screen: If qualified, a quick chat to get to know you better and align your goals with ours.
3. In-Person Interview: Qualified candidates are invited for a single interview with the Dispatch Manager and Operations Manager.
4. Offer process: If you are successful through the interview process, you will first receive a verbal offer, which is subject to a criminal record check and background checks. After these are completed, a written offer will be issued.

We'll keep the process transparent and efficient, with updates at every step.
