WHO IS LPi GROUP?

LPi Group is an independent Creative Engagement Agency with a focus on Shopper and Commerce Marketing. We are a team of experienced and passionate marketing professionals who help our clients sell more. Through exceptional creative and effective workflows, we deliver high-quality services and a product that elevates our clients' brands to the next level.

A Production Designer is a production all-star who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at preparing print-ready and digital files.

As a key player in the final stage of the creative process, you bring 3+ years of agency experience and a deep passion for the production workflow. You're highly skilled in preparing files for both print and digital formats and have expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Suite.

While this isn't a designer role, you possess the design sensibility to adapt and rollout files seamlessly and understand the finer details – such as line breaks, leading, kerning, and proper spacing. You're also well-versed in the technical aspects of production, including the differences between DPI and PPI, the importance of slugs, spot colors, and creating perfectly prepared die lines

Please note, that this is a hybrid role consisting of remote working from home two days per week (Monday, Friday), and three days working in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Final layout and build of print collateral, packaging, POS displays, static and animated digital ads with excellent attention-to-detail
  • Review final copy, layouts, and content, ensuring brand guidelines are met and adhered to
  • Finalizing creative files including image edits, touch-ups, resizing and up-sampling
  • Maintain well organized project files, folders and documentation and follow internal processes

YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE

  • You bring 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role as part of a shopper marketing advertising agency, or design studio
  • You possess a deep understanding of the complete Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office
  • You have knowledge and experience in digital animation using After Effects, Adobe Animate, Figma and others
  • You have excellent file organization and time management skills with keen attention-to-detail and can thrive in a complex, fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • You have mastered adapting and evolving creative concepts and the roll out of print and digital program assets
  • You are able follow processes and copy decks accurately and are not afraid ask questions or get clarification
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of multiple languages (primarily French) is an asset
  • Your listening skills are complemented by your ability to quickly problem solve to meet all production challenges
  • You strive for excellence in everything that you do
