Our Parts and Service teams work closely together to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently, accurately, and on time—and our Parts Drivers play a critical role in making that happen.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and understands the importance of timely deliveries in a fast-paced automotive environment. As a Parts Driver, you will help ensure the smooth flow of parts between our dealership, suppliers, and customers, directly supporting technician productivity and customer satisfaction.

Role Summary:
 
The Parts Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of parts to customers, vendors, and internal departments. This role supports the Parts Department by maintaining accurate delivery records, assisting with inventory organization, and ensuring excellent customer service during each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver and pick up automotive parts, equipment, and supplies to customers, service shops, and vendors.
  • Verify parts against invoices and ensure accuracy of all deliveries and returns.
  • Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers and representing the dealership.
  • Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness, perform regular inspections, and report maintenance needs.
  • Assist Parts Department staff with inventory organization, stocking, and cycle counts as needed.
  • Handle paperwork and electronic documentation for deliveries, returns, and core exchanges.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and dealership policies during deliveries.
  • Support the Parts Department with other duties such as shipping/receiving, organizing bins, or customer assistance when not driving.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous driving, courier, or delivery experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts helpful but not required (training provided).
  • Ability to lift and carry automotive parts and supplies (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-service oriented.
