Project Coordinator Role Overview


  • Fulfill key administrative tasks, including document management and project tracking.

  • Collaborate with Project Management to ensure timely completion of purchasing activities and related documentation.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, communicating effectively with stakeholders and maintaining accurate records.

  • Budget planning is a significant responsibility in this position. Strong organizational skills are necessary to meet deadlines while prioritizing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
    The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the construction industry, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also highly valued.
