The Position:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Training Knowledge Specialist to join our eStore Training & Process Improvement team. Reporting to the Training & Process Improvement Manager, you will be the go-to expert on the company products across mobile, home electronics, and digital appliances, supporting the enablement of our eStore Sales Agents. You will be responsible for assisting with developing comprehensive product guides, staying informed via promotional information on our AI-knowledge base supporting new hires, and driving product understanding through ongoing training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ex. National Product Team and eStore Sales Manager) to create impactful training resources aligned with eStore objectives.
- Effectively collaborate with design and deliver engaging presentations for new product launches, product refreshers and current promotions.
- Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a deep understanding of company products to build confidence and subject matter expertise.
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly product knowledge sessions, highlighting key features, specs, customer profiles, and addressing comprehension gaps.
- Stay up to date with eStore product portfolio and industry trends to ensure relevant training materials are developed and housed in our AI-based knowledge base.
- Develop and maintain detailed product guides and a centralized online repository for eStore Sales Agents via our AI-based knowledge base.
- Maintain and regularly update the knowledge base for products and promotional information to close gaps in information.
What You Bring to The Table:
- Extensive expertise with premium mobile devices, home electronics, and digital appliances.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Having a ready mindset to prepare excellent content for cross-functional and global teams to execute on time.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in Training, Retail and Learning & Development is an asset.

While the starting salary for this role offers a salary of $48,000 to $52,000 with a yearly eligible 8% bonus.
