Summary

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working individual to join our team. The Server/Cocktail is an integral part of the Food and Beverage Team, serving our customers while demonstrating the highest level of customer service in the performance of assigned duties.

Job Duties 

• Take orders, deliver beverages & menu items and process payments
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues
• Assist team members as required
• Adhere to service guidelines
• Interact with casino guests and responding knowledgeably to inquiries about the menu, prices, services, and features of the casino 

Requirements

• Motivated, self-starting personality
• At least 18 years of age
• Prior experience in a fast-paced food-service environment is preferred
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, types of alcohol, and common alternatives is preferred
• Experience with POS is preferred
• Cash handling skill is preferred
• Able to maintain a security clearance
• Maintain required provincial AGLC certifications
• Available to work evenings/weekends, holidays
• Fluent in English 

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques – responsible for stocking non-alcoholic beverages
• Must be able to stand for prolonged period.
• Must be able to bend to reach shelves
• Must be able to carry a serving tray with drinks/food
• Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
