As a Windshield/Glass Shop Assistant, you will support the Glass Technician with daily operations, including preparing vehicles for service, assisting during repairs and installations, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring tools and materials are readily available. This role also involves safely moving vehicles between dealership locations and the glass shop as required, following all safety and operational guidelines.

This position is a great stepping stone to grow your career into a Glass Assistant/Technician.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Attention to detail is a must – it's the little things that make a big difference
• You should also have the ability to use and maintain glass tools and equipment, as well as good communication skills
