Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to established procedures.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and daily production targets.
- Support other operational tasks within the Logistics department as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to Safety and a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards.
- Basic understanding of Logistics principles and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to undergo training and use designated PPE.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
