Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort products for distribution.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to handle physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
