We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco, California. This comprehensive role supports all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping.   • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting procedures.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of our complex logistics operations.
  • Handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 60 pounds and extended periods of standing and walking.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to operate warehouse machinery safely (certification preferred).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
