We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our bustling logistics center in Orlando, Florida. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and speed will directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include using scanners or pick lists to locate items, carefully picking items from shelves, and preparing them for packing and shipment. A strong understanding of warehouse layouts and a commitment to safety are essential. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to stand and walk for extended periods, and comfortable with occasional Lifting. We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement within the logistics industry. Comprehensive training on our order picking systems and safety procedures will be provided. All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be supplied. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Locating items in designated warehouse locations.
- Ensuring the correct quantity and type of items are picked.
- Scanning items as required for inventory control.
- Transporting picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Meeting or exceeding picking efficiency targets.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies or damages.
