We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and possess excellent attention to detail. Experience with warehouse equipment and inventory management systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and updating inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Must be comfortable with manual labor and performing tasks that involve significant physical exertion, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Understanding of warehouse and Logistics best practices.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
