We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk for our Austin, Texas warehouse. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our incoming shipments. You will be responsible for verifying incoming goods against purchase orders, inspecting items for damage, properly documenting all received items, and staging them for internal distribution or storage. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and excellent organizational skills are required. You will work closely with suppliers, warehouse associates, and management to ensure a seamless receiving process. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is a top priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting practices, is mandatory. This position involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
