We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be an integral part of our distribution process, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing shipments for transport. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all employees will be trained on proper procedures and the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
