This role involves a variety of essential warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately through our facility. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular manual Lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
