We are seeking energetic Picker/Packers for our busy warehouse located in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You'll be responsible for retrieving products from inventory, preparing them for shipment, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our logistics hub. Accuracy, speed, and a commitment to safety are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves and storage locations according to order manifests.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against customer requests.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Stage packed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform physical tasks requiring manual Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in manual Lifting and handling of goods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
