We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our vibrant team in Tampa, Florida. This position is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and packing orders. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is physically fit, possesses a strong work ethic, and prioritizes safety above all else. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick and pack items for outgoing shipments with precision.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all established safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
