The Unit Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of an assigned unit, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to maintain regulatory compliance, support staff development, and promote positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Current R.N. license by State required
- Must have at least two years of nursing experience.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team with professionalism and compassion
- Excellent communication skills with staff, residents, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical care and operations of your assigned unit
- Supervise, guide, and support nurses and nursing assistants
- Ensure care plans are followed and updated appropriately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
- Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Support infection control practices and quality assurance initiatives
- Mentor and develop nursing staff to promote a strong clinical team
