Teoxane has a total freedom X , action and which makes the company the frame X growth of our business, we are looking for a:Demand and Inventory Planner - Contract 6 monthsMain activities:Establish and maintain a 12-month rolling sell-in and sell-out forecast for Aesthetic Skincare markets, leveraging historical trends, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to campaigns, product launches and local market insights into demand forecasts and business objectives.Perform X to understand market dynamics and while monitoring inventory turns and providing visibility and on risks and opportunities linked to product launches, replenishment cycles, phasings, and product root cause analysis on forecast and define corrective and preventive action plans to improve Demand Planning meetings and provide key inputs to SIOP processes, supporting mid- to long-term X in close with and Finance teams X alignment.Support the of demand planning through process redesign and the deployment of digital tools and best practices to enhance forecast reliability, agility and and continuously improve supply chain management, planning systems (including APS), process and KPI tracking (forecast accuracy, forecast bias), while developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for monthly performance reviews.Profile:Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Industrial Engineering.Minimum of 5 years experience in demand and inventory management; experience in cosmetics is an interpersonal abilities and a team spirit, with a proactive approach to cross-functional and proactive, with a strong drive to propose improvements and challenge existing practices to foster continuous organized and rigorous, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and complex and resilient, comfortable change, unexpected events, and high-pressure analytical skills and confidence in handling proficiency in Excel, SAP Business One, and Power BI (including report Experience with APS in French and English (C1 minimum). jidca3f7fdaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
