We are on the lookout for a Web Platforms Software Engineering Leader to elevate our Marketing and Corporate Communications Technology Services team. The Opportunity: As the Web Platforms Software Engineering Leader, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications Technology Services. In this strategic role, you will guide the development and ongoing enhancement of our digital platforms, such as the Client Center and corporate websites, as well as our latest personalized experience offerings. We need someone with a blend of technical expertise, architectural insight, and robust leadership skills. You will manage shifting priorities, work autonomously, and translate business objectives into effective engineering strategies that deliver secure and high-quality client experiences. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Oversee the development and continuous improvement of our Digital Client Portal, corporate websites, and personalized experiences, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and compliant. Lead and develop a talented engineering team, cultivating a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement among both internal staff and external resources. Transform business goals into actionable technical plans, providing clarity and momentum even amidst changing or incomplete requirements. Guarantee the performance, security, and accessibility of our platforms by collaborating with Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams to meet Fisher's standards. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Product to prioritize initiatives, communicate trade-offs, and achieve measurable outcomes. Your Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in delivering digital platforms, including a minimum of 3 years in engineering team management (both FTEs and Contractors). A proven track record of leading cross-functional projects for large-scale web or portal platforms. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, headless CMS (preferably Sitecore XM Cloud or AEM), Azure services, and modern front-end frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD practices, observability, API integration, CDN optimization, and secure identity frameworks.
