Keep our mobile service movingand our customers smiling. The Role
The Ford Mobile Service Coordinator is the command center behind our off-site service operations. You'll be the go-to link between customers, mobile technicians, and dealership teamsmaking sure every mobile service visit is scheduled, dispatched, and executed flawlessly. This position is key to expanding our service beyond the dealership wallsbringing convenient, premium Ford service directly to our customers. What You'll Do
Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate mobile service appointments Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, advisors, and parts teams Track logistics, timing, and service details to ensure smooth daily operations Solve problems on the fly and keep service running efficiently Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience from start to finish Coordinate pick up and delivery drivers to offer complimentary door to door driver services. What We're Looking For
Experience High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) 2+ years in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service Automotive or dealership experience strongly preferred Skills That Win Strong organization and multitasking abilities Clear, confident verbal and written communication Customer-first mindset with a professional, friendly approach Quick thinker who adapts easily in a fast-moving environment Sharp attention to detail and accuracy Tech Know-How Comfortable with scheduling and dispatch systems Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with DMS/CRM platforms (CDK, Xtime, Reynolds & Reynolds) a plus Familiarity with Ford systems or mobile service platforms is a bonus Must-Haves Valid driver's license and clean driving record Availability during standard dealership hours Team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments Positive energy and a "let's get it done" mindset What we offer Competitive Pay A fun, but professional work environment Flexible Working Hours Health, Dental, Vision Insurance PTO & Sick Leave 401(K) Century Ford of Mt.
